Michael’s diverse portfolio includes high-profile commercial projects for Ross Dress for Less across multiple locations worldwide, including major store build-outs and renovations in Guam. He has also performed high-end custom carpentry work in a NFL star’s 26,000-square-foot luxury residence — a project that demanded the highest standards of craftsmanship, finish detail, and coordination in an elite residential setting.

With over 30 years in civil engineering, real estate development, and general contracting, Howard brings a unique, multifaceted perspective to every project—blending hands-on expertise as a contractor, developer, engineer, and business owner.
Howard's career has spanned all phases of land development, from site selection and due diligence to entitlements, design, and construction administration. He's worked across commercial sectors (retail, entertainment, office, industrial) and residential (single- and multi-family), delivering complex projects on time and under budget while exceeding client expectations.
Key highlights include:
• Serving as Engineer of Record for many large and small commercial and residential projects (check out his project list!).
• Managing the design and construction of the Town of Tradition during its rise from cattle fields and orange groves, including the "The Landing", a 500k sq ft retail power center (delivered on time and under budget, saving $2.8M in change orders), the Publix-anchored Shoppes at Tradition (met all delivery requirements on schedule) and the Tradition Village Center (a design-build contract creating the heart of Tradition).
• General contracting for high-profile entertainment projects at SeaWorld, Universal's Islands of Adventure (Seuss Landing), and Disney World, plus retail like CityPlace in West Palm Beach and industrial expansions like Pepsi-Cola's Orlando warehouse.
